EzyClean ("we", "our", "us") operates the EzyClean mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, phone number, email address.
• Location: precise or approximate location, used to find nearby service providers and to schedule doorstep service.
• Vehicle & address details: vehicle type/model, saved addresses, and parking photos you choose to upload.
• Payment information: processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card or bank details.
• Usage data: booking history, app interactions, and device information (device model, OS version).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To connect you with service providers and process payments.
• To send booking updates, receipts, and support communication.
• To improve our Service and prevent fraud/abuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We share limited information (name, phone, address, vehicle details) with the service provider assigned to your booking so they can complete the job. We share payment details with our payment gateway partner. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

5. Your Choices & Account Deletion

You can update your profile information at any time from within the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated data — see our Account Deletion page for details.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Field Team (EzyClean Employee App)

Our field employees use a separate app ("EzyClean Employee") to manage assigned jobs. In addition to the data above, we collect from field employees: KYC documents (Aadhaar/PAN), bank account details for salary payouts, live location during work hours, and job-completion photos. This data is used only for employment verification, payroll, and service quality, and is retained per applicable labour and tax law. Field employees can request account deletion from within the EzyClean Employee app.
