Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EzyClean mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by EzyClean ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to create an account and book services.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (via OTP-based login) and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Services & Bookings

  • EzyClean connects you with independent vehicle-cleaning service providers for on-demand and doorstep/subscription bookings.
  • Prices shown at the time of booking are final unless a coupon/discount is applied.
  • Service timing is subject to provider availability and may be rescheduled with notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via our payment partner (Razorpay). Wallet credits, if any, can be used toward future bookings and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash except as required by law.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false information, interfere with providers, or attempt to circumvent payments made through the app.

7. Vehicle & Property

You are responsible for ensuring accurate vehicle and address details, and for securing valuables prior to service. EzyClean and its providers are not liable for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyClean is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
